Suite 3 is upstairs in 203 W. 5th Ave. There is a kitchen with bar and living room with love seat and leather recliner to watch a 40″ smart TV. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom with tub and shower. Plenty of closet space and roman shades.
