Suites 4 is in the upstairs of 201 W. 5th Ave. It is a two bedroom Suite that rents to couples with children or two couples or co-workers or anyone who needs a lot of space. The Suite is almost 1000 square feet in size. The larger bedroom has queen size bed, living area with large sofa and leather recliner to watch a 40″ TV as well as a sun room with wicker furniture and a exercise bicycle. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed and leather recliner to watch a 26 inch TV. The kitchen is complete and has access to a large deck with patio table and chairs. The bathroom is large with porcelain tub and a separate 3’x3′ shower stall.

The Suite is very original from the 1916 construction with chandelier and linen closet with drawers to the mostly original bathroom and sun room. We like the original doors with knobs and locks.
