Independent from 5th Ave. Suites Inn, we have a half Duplex at 2120 North Hendricks St. Hutchinson, Kansas that we rent on a Month to Month bases. The Duplex is 1700 square feet with two bedrooms, each with a King size bed, one room has a full bath and the other has a 3/4 bathroom. The Duplex is fully furnished and has highspeed wifi and large flat screen smart televisions. There is also a play room for children with bunk beds.
Our duplex has direct access to Rice Park with 1 mile long walking trail and play grounds and ball fields as well. Martinez walking and bike trail is just South of Rice Park and follows Cow Creek to Carey Park. It also connects to the City of Hutchinson Bike Trail System for miles of fun and recreation.

How much is the rent for months to month?
We rent our half duplex independent of our hotel on a month to month basis at $2950 per month. We are not required to collect sales tax on this property so that is the total rent.
